Along with meal prepping, we also offer catering and personal chef services. We bring the restaurant experience to you in the comfort of your own home. We do all the shopping, prepping, cooking, and cleaning so you don’t have to. Our dishes are locally and freshly sourced, with a constantly changing menu to ensure variety and excitement.
About Chef Frankie
Chef and owner Francisco Cortes graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage management. He has been in this industry for over 15 years, starting at the age of 13 at his godmother’s restaurant Cohiba Brasserie.
Chef Frankie began where all youngsters start; bussing, prepping, etc. From there, his life took him down various routes and parts of the world to cook.
He has experience in sushi, steakhouses, Latin cuisine, and private catering. Some big-name locations include The Fontainebleau Hotel, The Biltmore Hotel, Corsair by Scott Conant, Catch by Chef Hung Huynh, and the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball team.
Personal chef and private catering have brought Chef Frankie to some great families and clients. Among those include Atlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies, Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte and Oklahoma City Thunder shooting guard Hamidou Diallo.
Some other accolades include being featured on the cooking channel show Beach Bites with Katie Lee | Season 1 Episode 7, The Orlando Sentinel, NBC Channel 6 In The Mix, and Channel 4 Atlanta Plugged In.
